i bought a motorcycle an the cluch is really hard to pull is it normal for a sports bike its a suzuki katana?

no you should feel some resistence but not alot look to see if the cable is pinched or bent somewhere if not try some spray lubricant .down the cable shaft and linkage if you can get to it..
