I bought a new suzuki gz250 and after 50 miles it wouldn't even start, after a series of jumping it and messing with it, it now has 119 miles on it. They said they would try and fix it but the reason a bought a new bike and not a used one is so i wouldn't have to deal with these problems! Now the dealer says he can't take it back, but my financer says he can- is there a law in arkansas that says he has to?

Textile or Leather Also I am looking to buy a Honda CBR600 or a Suzuki GSX 600 but I don't know if I am tall enough to ride them, Which would you recommend for a height of 5'8"?
I have a 1973 suzuki GT250 two stroke. it has two cabs (mikuni). I want to put on some K & N air filters. what will I have to do to get the air fuel ratio right? The orignal main jet is 112.5 and I bought two 120, and 130 main jets. would I have to do anything else?
I'm new to riding, recently bought a 1994 Suzuki Intruder 800. The bike doesn't have an RPM meter. My bike has 5 gears. What speed should I be in in first gear, second gear, etc. Also, I don't really understand downshifting, do I downshift as I drop down in speed or is it okay just to come to a stop and then click down to first.
I'm interested in buying a 600 class sport motorcycle and wanted to get the opinion from the public on what you would pick and why. I'm looking at kawasaki ninja, yamaha R6, Suzuki GSX-R and Honda CBR. Any and all positives and negatives please.
I've never been on a motorcycle but have a passion for them. I'm 18 yrs old and what a sport type bike. I plan on attending the safety courses and any other courses available to get familar with bikes then hopefully buy something. Do u think this is a good plan????
I know a guy that is selling his 99 Katana 600 for 00. It's black, has 5000 miles, a Yoshi exhaust pipe, a clean title and is in PERFECT shiny sparkling condition, no scratches. I checked Kelly Blue Book and NADA values and a 99 Katana with 30,000 miles on it is valued at over ,000! So naturally this seems like a VERY good deal on paper. But, I just went on ebay and looked at the Katanas for sale, and there are 2001's in the same condition for the same price! I even saw a 2004 Katana with a Buy It Now for only a few hundred dollars more. Why is this?!? Why would everyone be selling them for so much LESS than they are deemed worthy? People generally sell Sport and Sport Touring bikes for WAYYYYY over what they are worth. I regularly see GSX-R's, Ninjas, R6's, and CBR's that sell on ebay and craigslist for even 00 MORE than their Kelly Blue Book value. What's going on?

Im currently 17 years old, 6ft, and around 130 lbs, and im looking for a good first STREET motorcycle to buy. I really want a GSX-R 600, but my parents are telling me not to start out on a GSX-R because they are VERY powerful, even the 600 one. I was just wondering if anyone had any good suggestions on a motorcycle. Something that sounds looks good, and sounds great. Speed isn't THAT much of an issue, because i'd rather not kill myself on one by speeding. The bike doesn't HAVE to be Suzuki, but i'd appreciate it if it was, i love Suzuki's.
-Thanks in advance!
I am taking the motorcycle safety class in April here in Maryland and assuming i pass will have my class M license. I have been looking around a different sport bikes. I am 6'3" and 205lbs so I am not a little guy. Would the Suzuki GS500F be a good size bike to start out and grow on. Dealer near me has an excellent price on a 2007 and its a beautiful bike and hoping they still have it in a few months. I don't want anything too small that I will have to replace a year later. I would rather take my time learning on something a little bigger that I wont get bored with. Any suggestions and would this be a good bike for me?

I have a great oppurtuniy to get either a 2008 Yamaha Raider (black) or a 2008 Suzuki Boulevard M109R/R2 either in black or orange for the Price of 11,000 OTD. Are these good prices for thes motorcycles? whats you opinion on both motorcyles? Ive been very undecided, I was going to buy the 2008 mean Streak LE for the same price ( which i think i could get 10,000 OTD but they wont let me) but then I went to the same dealer but talked to a different sales person and he was willing to give me the mentioned motorcycles above at that OTD price. Anyone own these motorcycles? Does anyone know the invoice? Can anyone link me recent reviews of the motorcycles? thanks.
With a 1998 Suzuki GSXR 750 with almost 40,000 miles on it. What is probably the first thing i should have looked at? I really dont know a whole lot about motorcycles, just bought this as a first bike, and i know, it has a lot of miles. Nothing too crazy seems to wrong with it. It just seems like the engine is trying really hard sometimes and dont want to blow it out or anything.
I'm looking to buy my first motorcycle and I've managed to narrow my choices down to motorcycles: a Kawasaki Ninja 250R and a Suzuki GS500F. I found both models at pretty much the same price used, no chance of buying new since this will be my first bike. Which one is a better choice? I won't be riding on the highway all too often but the occasional 1 or 2 hour ride is possible. Also on an optional side note, is the Yamaha FZ6R a good starter bike at all as the company claims? Thanks in advance.
Iv seen all kinds of different set-ups from gas to diesel, mercedes to volkswagen.
I will be using it to drive about 2000 miles at a time cross country several times a year, as well as a off road 4x4 fun vehicle.
I need to know what will be the best all around and fuel efficient engine.
I'm not a speed demon and will be cruising along at a nice safe speed as iv been told these things flip easily.
Secondary question. I know these things don't weigh much, but I need to know about how much hey can tow on a lil trailer...and don't tell me they cant cuz there are even lil trailers for motorcycles..lol
I know im limited and will take that into account at the time, but i need to know my limits.
Thanks for any help!!
o.k i am very sure its going to be one of these four but not sure which one i am a first time rider also i am 6.2 tall in 215 pound the four bike i am looking at are Yamaha YZF-R6. Suzuki GSX-R750, Kawasaki Ninja® ZX™-6R, or Honda CBR®600RR i like all four but which one is good to have tell me plz thank you
Choices in order what bike I like best
#1 Suzuki V Strom 1000 ( not the 650 V Strom )
#2 Honda Interceptor
#3 Honda ST1300
#4 Yamaha FJR1300
#5 Suzuki Burgman Executive 650
my test rides were on the V Strom, Interceptor, and Burgman
I ride with friends that own the Honda Gold Wing, Harley Road King, Suzuki SV650, and the Honda VTX1300, so my choice of a new bike must be compatible
loved the V Strom 1000, but the windshield doesn't work and the engine sounds funny
The Interceptor is almost perfect, but its an uncomfortable seating postion for me
The Burgman I fell in love with, its comfortable, quiet, no wind, you can smoke a cigarette and hear the birds singing as you ride down the highway at 70 mph, but guys will make fun of me riding a scooter
I "HATE" cruiser bikes and I hate Harley's even more!
Need a comfortable bike for long all day road trips of 200 miles or more and running 20 mph over the speed limits
my current bike is a Yamaha FZ6
one advantage I love having is a big gas tank with higher gas mileage, where the people I ride with have to stop every 60 miles for gas and I can go all day without needing to refuel
santa is dead, "SHUT UP" I don't like you!
I have it narrowed down to 2: A 2007 Harley Sportster 1200 Custom....1200 miles.....,000 or a 2008 new Suzuki Boulevard C50 for about ,500. This is my first bike, I am a woman, and have not ridden outside of my motorcycle course. Thank you!!
Im a beginner motorcycle rider and im looking into buying a 250cc bike
my choices are a 2009 kawasaki ninja 250r for ,200
im not sure whether i will like the sitting position because of the leaning forward. starting out on a new bike might not be the bes
another choice is a used honda rebel 2008 for ,000 which makes more sense i sat on it and felt the weight which is very light. my legs and arms seem a bit long for it though because i felt like the seat should be further back but overall i was impressed
the last choice is a 2003 suzuki gz250 for ,000
its a bit old and im afraid its not as reliable as the others but it saves alot of money and my legs werent as tight feeling
i want to sit on a ninja before making my final decisision but i wanted some other input on what to do.
im 16
140 pounds
5'9
would a ninja be better for a taller person than other 2
I am new to motorcycles, i am young (17yo), i dont understand what makes a good motorcycle. I want to know the difference between a good bike and a bad one. For example a skateborder would rather have a good quality board rather than one you could buy at walmart. So what would a good bike be? Also what is cc? or anything else that goes into the whole bike lingo. Are bikes from Ducati, Kawasaki, Hinda, Suzuki, etc. good?
i love the look of sport bikes and want to just build skills first and eventually into racing
I would like to buy a used sportsbike such as cbr 600rr, or suzuki gsx from year 2004 and up, I would like to know up to what mileage these motorcycles are goo.
I'm looking to buy my first motorcycle, a 250cc probably. I like the standard/cruiser. I was thinking the Yamaha V_Star, a Honda Rebel or Nighthawk, or the Suzuki TU50.
The Suzuki is the only one with fuel injection and would cost, with all fees and etc almost 5 grand, while the others, which I could buy used, run 2k-3.5k.
Do you think it's worth that much for a new bike with fuel injection?
Thank you.
